Subscribed items renew automatically on the schedule you choose. Card subscriptions are charged automatically; M-Pesa subscriptions require you to complete payment via the link sent before each renewal. You can cancel a subscription at any time by contacting us — cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.
We deliver to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times may vary by location. Please make sure your address and phone number are accurate so we can reach you.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
