When you place an order or subscribe, we collect your name, email, phone number, and delivery address. We do not collect or store your card or M-Pesa details — those are handled directly by our payment processor, Paystack.
To fulfil and deliver your orders, send renewal reminders for subscriptions, and contact you about your account. We don't sell your data.
Paystack (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Africa's Talking (SMS delivery) — each only receives what they need to do their job (e.g. your email or phone number).
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us via the Contact page.
